Product description
- Rubber types that have been centrifuged include K-LA (low ammonia) and K-HA (high ammonia). Rubber latex is centrifuged in accordance with stringent technical protocols, guaranteeing adherence to standards for numerous indices, including DRC (dry rubber content), VFA (volatile fatty acid), KOH index, MST (mechanical stability index), alkalinity (NH3), TSC (total solid content), and many more. We are able to make latex and modify its properties to suit the needs of our customers.
- There are many uses for rubber latex. The most popular products made with natural rubber latex include gloves, swim caps, mattresses, elastic bands, balloons, tennis shoes, adhesives, and a variety of other sporting goods.
Packing
Barrels (steel drums): this is a conventional method of packaging, outside of each barrel is painted in blue, inside is covered with Bitumen or Epoxy layer, a barrel contains 205kilos (55 gallon) centrifugal rubber – Latex, each export container 20’ contains 80 barrels = 20.1 ton (36,080 “wet” pound).
Flexi-bag (Flexitank) is a PE bag made of rubber, plastic or synthetic fibres. This is a new method of packaging which is the cheapest and is now widely used. With design of control valve, it’s convenient to pump latex in or out of the bag. Each Flexi-bag may contain 21mts in case of placing into container 20’.
